This website is provided for general informational and business purposes. You may use this website to learn about mobile notary services, hospital notary services, estate planning document notarization, real estate document notarization, apostille assistance, remote online notarization, fees, service areas, and appointment availability.

  2. A notarization may not be completed if legal requirements are not satisfied, including but not limited to identity verification, signer appearance, willingness, awareness, capacity, document completeness, or proper notarial instructions.
  1. Arlene Mobile Notary Services reserves the right to refuse any notarization when the request does not comply with Pennsylvania law, ethical notary standards, platform requirements, identity requirements, or professional judgment.

  3. The signer lacks valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification
  4. The signer is unwilling, confused, unaware, coerced, or lacks apparent capacity
  5. The document is incomplete, blank, altered, suspicious, or unclear
  6. The notarial certificate is missing, incorrect, or not permitted
  7. The signer is not physically or remotely present as required
  8. The request appears fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or improper
  9. The notary is asked to provide legal advice or decide legal document content
All signers must present acceptable, valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification unless another lawful Pennsylvania identification method applies. Photocopies, screenshots, expired IDs, or unclear digital images of IDs may not be accepted for notarization.
Appointments are subject to availability, travel distance, document type, urgency, location, signer readiness, and notary scheduling. Submitting a contact form or appointment request does not guarantee appointment acceptance or completion of notarization.
Arlene Mobile Notary Services is a traveling notary service and does not operate as a public walk-in storefront. Mobile appointments may be available at homes, hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, law offices, title offices, businesses, or other approved locations.

Fees may include Pennsylvania notarial fees, travel fees, convenience fees, printing fees, scanback fees, witness coordination fees, administrative handling fees, remote online notary platform or technology fees, after-hours fees, weekend fees, holiday fees, parking, tolls, and other service-related charges when applicable.
  2. Payment may be required before or at the time of service. Remote Online Notary services may require payment before the online session begins.
  3. If a notarization cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the notary’s control, including expired identification, missing identification, signer incapacity, unwillingness to sign, incomplete documents, missing witnesses, blank documents, unclear instructions, or failure to meet legal requirements, a travel fee, appointment fee, printing fee, technology fee, or administrative fee will still apply.
  1. Remote Online Notary services require the signer to meet identity verification, credential analysis, technology, audio-video, and platform requirements. The signer may need a valid ID, camera, microphone, stable internet connection, mobile phone, email address, and successful completion of identity verification.
  2. If a signer fails identity verification, does not meet platform requirements, refuses to appear on camera, cannot communicate clearly, or otherwise cannot complete the session, the notarization cannot proceed. Platform, technology, or appointment fees will still apply.
  1. Arlene Mobile Notary Services does not guarantee that any document will be accepted, recorded, filed, processed, approved, or recognized by a court, government agency, financial institution, title company, foreign authority, apostille office, receiving party, or other organization.
  2. Acceptance of a document is determined by the receiving agency or organization, not by the notary public.
Apostille assistance, if provided, is a facilitation or document handling service. Arlene Mobile Notary Services does not control government processing times, rejection decisions, document requirements, foreign country rules, or agency acceptance.
Arlene Mobile Notary Services makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and helpful information. However, laws, fees, procedures, service availability, third-party platform requirements, and government rules may change without notice. Website content may not always reflect the most current information.
You are responsible for reviewing your documents, understanding your legal obligations, obtaining legal advice when needed, ensuring all required parties are present, providing valid identification, arranging required witnesses, and confirming document requirements with the receiving party.
