Pennsylvania law establishes the maximum fee a notary may charge for the notarial act itself. Mobile notary service is a separate convenience service that includes travel, scheduling, appointment coordination, and bringing a commissioned Pennsylvania Notary Public directly to your location. Every appointment is quoted individually based on travel distance, document type, time requirements, and any additional services requested.
