Finding a notary public to notarize your important documents can be a challenge. Finding a notary that will travel to you, on your schedule, can be even more challenging. That's where I CAN HELP.
Fees are per act
(there can be multiple signers per document).
Travel fees are round-trip, based from point of origin to signing location and back. Flat rate fees are a minimum $50 charge plus cost listed in fee schedule.
All Fees Paid in Cash, ApplePay, Venmo or Zelle.
Please Note: If circumstances beyond the notary public's control hinder the notarization process,
a $50 travel fee will apply. The sole factor preventing notarization is the absence of proper identification.
The minimum fee for notarizing estate planning and mortgage documents is $100. Mortgage closings are $150.
