Notary Signing Agent (NSA)

I'm Arlene Vincent, your designated Notary Signing Agent representing the Title & Closing Company. I'll be honored to meet you at your residence for the purpose of facilitating your loan signing. As a standard practice, I will contact you in advance to coordinate our meeting.

For an efficient signing process, I recommend arranging a conducive environment, ideally with all signers seated together at an unoccupied table dedicated exclusively to the necessary documents and writing instruments.

Please ensure that all signers or borrowers have their state-issued photo identification (and, if necessary, a second form of identification) ready before we commence the notary signing process. The entire procedure typically spans 45 to 60 minutes. I am committed to moving through the documents patiently, at your preferred pace, ensuring you are not rushed.

I look forward to the opportunity to assist you with a smooth and stress-free signing experience.

A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) is a certified Notary with specialized training in facilitating loan document signings. Title companies and signing services enlist the expertise of NSAs to efficiently deliver loan documents to borrowers, supervise the signing process, and ensure the prompt return of executed documents.

Prior to commencing the signing, please feel free to address any inquiries or concerns you may have. For those desiring an electronic copy of the documents, kindly contact the respective title or closing company to facilitate the necessary arrangements. Your satisfaction and clarity throughout the signing process are of utmost importance.

A Notary Loan Package refers to a set of documents associated with a loan transaction that requires notarization. These packages are a crucial part of the mortgage and real estate industry, typically involving various legal and financial documents that need to be signed, witnessed, and notarized to complete the loan process.

I will supply you with a copy of the closing package in your hand I cannot send any of these documents electronically or by email. The closing of the signing process may require you to give me the proper funds as per the instructions of the title or closing company.

You must sign your name exactly as your name appears on the signature line in the documents. Some of the documents must be notarized; I may also be required to administer an oath before completing the notarization on certain documents. I will review each document, and explain to you the document’s general purpose. Any questions beyond that related to fees, rates or other loan-specific items must be directed to your lender, I am not authorized to articulate beyond the general description of the documents. We must contact the leander or closing agent before making any changes or corrections to the documents.
